Examples

Pistachio Milk Foam  
200g fresh milk (can be substituted with ice water)  
200g Mona Lisa (brand)  
15g custard powder  
2g salt  
25g pistachio paste  

Instructions:  
1. Mix the fresh milk and custard powder thoroughly (you can add the salt at this stage).  
2. Whip in the fresh cream until the mixture becomes fluid and slightly thickened; avoid over-whipping.  
3. Fold in the pistachio paste until well combined.
